Warranty

We take pride in hand making beautiful and functional collars designed to last. We offer a one-year warranty on manufacturer defects.

Covered:

• Tearing, fraying or coming apart of elastic, thread and webbing
• Broken or malfunctioning buckles

Not Covered:

• Damage from chewing, destroying, or irresponsible use
• Damage to the ribbon from a dog scratching at the collar
• Changes in product appearance
• Repair or customization by an outside party
• Fading of the fabric or webbing
• Collars bought secondhand

We are not responsible for replacing any items that have been chewed, destroyed, or used irresponsibly.  If the product has proven to be defective, please email us with 2-3 photos of your collar from various angles describing the problem for a replacement. Please provide your original receipt and/or order number, even if it was purchased from a third party.

While we use the highest quality materials and hardware, no dog collar or leash is completely indestructible. 

Pet Experts, Inc. is not responsible for any accidents/injuries that may occur in the misuse of the Secret Powers Collar and leashes.
